1. Apply generously to the face and neck 15–20 minutes before sun exposure.
2. Use as the last step of your skincare routine, before makeup.
3. Reapply every 2 hours, or immediately after swimming, sweating, or towel-drying.
4. For daily protection, use every morning even when indoors or on cloudy days.
