Apply skincare product first, then attach the device head to skin and roll gently in circular motions to help absorption — keep the head in full contact with skin throughout. Start at Level 1 on first use and increase gradually. Most modes are fine for daily use (1–3x/day); Air Shot Mode is recommended 2–3x/week rather than daily.

Do not use if you have a pacemaker, other implanted electronic device, or are on electrical life-support/medical equipment. Avoid using directly over the Adam's apple or too close to the eyes. Don't use if unwell, fatigued, after alcohol, on sleeping medication, under medical treatment, or immediately after a procedure/surgery without consulting a specialist first. Repeated use on the same spot or incorrect use can cause skin damage — if any abnormality appears, stop, cool the area, and see a doctor.
