Betadine Antiseptic Solution

Active Ingredient

• Povidone-Iodine (typically 10% solution, equivalent to 1% available iodine)

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use in individuals with iodine sensitivity or thyroid disorders without medical advice. Do not use on large wounds, deep punctures, or severe burns unless directed by a healthcare professional. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and keep out of reach of children.

Clean the affected area and apply a small amount of solution directly to the skin using sterile cotton or gauze. Allow to dry before covering with a dressing if needed. Apply 1–3 times daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
